• Location: Tilsley Park, Abingdon and/or UTC, Didcot (Oxfordshire)
• Salary: £15.00–£25.00 per hour (dependent on experience and qualifications)
• Hours: 3–7 hours per week
• Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Sunday

We are looking for a reliable, passionate, and enthusiastic football coach to join our coaching team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children and is committed to ongoing personal and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging and well-structured coaching sessions for children and young people
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and enjoyable training environment
• Support the technical, tactical, physical, and psychological development of players
• Work collaboratively with other coaches and academy staff
• Ensure all safeguarding and child welfare standards are upheld

Requirements

• Must hold or be willing to obtain an enhanced DBS check
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, organised, and punctual
• Previous experience in coaching or working with children (preferred but not essential)
• FA coaching qualifications (must have Level 1 FA badge – support available for further development)
• Driving Licence
